We travel to different locations in Sri Lanka to reach out to individuals, institutions, and corporations. This approach gives the opportunity to have one-to-one interaction with individuals, make observations, identify requirements, and find ways to make improvements. Discussions are held, briefs are exchanged, and the plan is discussed before the delivery of the education or training.
Accordingly, we will create an individualised or group learning plan with goals to achieve. This will be done through an educational curriculum covering science, technology, engineering, English, mathematics, arts, and culture. The objectives depend on the requirements, needs, interests, and requests. Example topics include ‘Customer Experiences from different perspectives’, ‘Leading the way through Grace and Courtesy’, ‘Inventing a culture of work-life balance’, ‘Aiming for Sportsmanship and Championship’, and many more.
This program is influenced by the Australian education system. Individuals and groups will gain access to a wide range of resources and support services such as counselling, therapeutic, mentoring, consulting, and educational programs. The specialised education and training program is aimed at enhancing people’s overall well-being and improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of life.
