\" I am Ranjith Edirisinghe, Manager of Training & Development at Sri Lanka Cricket. I recently observed MS Dishni Wanigasekera's (STEEMAC) training program on The Essence of Sportsmanship and Championship. .<\/em><\/p>

The program was exceptionally well-structured and engaging. Dishni demonstrated deep expertise in winning with Grace, losing with dignity, and turning competition into Inspiration, and her ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable manner made the sessions highly effective. A few of the highlights of the training were hands-on activities, role plays, group activities and interactive discussions. These not only kept the team engaged but also ensured we could apply the concepts practically in our SLC squad.<\/em><\/p>
